Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch Guidelines

We understand that medical schedules, budgets, and ward expansions can change. You have the flexibility to cancel your order entirely free of charge at any time before the product is dispatched from our corporate office or regional warehouse.

  • Zero Administrative Fee: No processing, handling, or restocking fees are applied for cancellations made prior to product dispatch.
  • Prompt Reimbursement: Approved refund transactions are initiated back to your original payment channel within 5–7 banking days.

Note: Dispatch occurs once shipping manifests/E-Way details are generated.

Non-Returnable Policy

Post-Shipping / Healthcare Safety Guidelines

In compliance with strict global healthcare standards, clinical safety regulations, and sanitary laws, once clinical products are shipped and dispatched from our office location, they are completely non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

  • Hygiene & Sterile Integrity: To prevent cross-contamination and guarantee patient safety in ICU wards, medical devices, hardware, sensors, and respiratory accessories cannot be restocked once they exit our controlled storage facility.
  • Irreversible Shipping Status: Once consignment details or transit documentation have been generated, the logistics flow is locked and the shipment can neither be cancelled nor recalled.
  • Biomedical Defect Fallback: If a machine sustains physical damage during transit or shows immediate technical errors, our certified engineering crew will immediately provide onsite resolution, warranty repairs, or component replacements.
Hospital Safety Mandate: All life-support systems are strictly non-returnable post-dispatch.
