Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited, we aim to provide high-quality healthcare and medical equipment. Due to the critical and sensitive nature of the products we deal in (such as ICU Ventilators, Patient Monitors, BiPAP, CPAP, and related accessories), we have a strict cancellation and return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and operational integrity for all our customers.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Generally, medical equipment and accessories are non-returnable once delivered, due to hygiene and safety standards. However, returns will be accepted under the following strictly defined circumstances:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defect: If the equipment is found to be non-functional out of the box, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Our biomedical team will inspect the issue, and if a defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or repair it under warranty.
  • Damage in Transit: If you receive a visibly damaged package, please refuse delivery from the courier. If you discover damage after opening, report it to us with unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and deliver the correct item at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances once the packaging has been opened:

  • Patient circuits, masks, filters, and other respiratory consumables.
  • Any equipment that has been used, modified, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
  • Products missing their original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, or accessories.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once a cancellation is confirmed or a valid return is inspected and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Paytm wallet, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during the transaction.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing time.
  • In cases of cash-on-delivery (if applicable) or NEFT payments, we will request your bank account details to process the refund.
