1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

2. Products and Services

We deal in advanced healthcare equipment (such as ICU Ventilators, Patient Monitors, BiPAP, CPAP, etc.). While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Medical equipment should only be operated by qualified professionals or as directed by a registered medical practitioner.

3. Pricing and Payments

To facilitate secure online transactions, we partner with authorized payment gateways such as Paytm.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• By placing an order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Paytm) to charge your selected payment method.
• In the event of a payment failure or declined transaction, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Due to the critical nature of medical and healthcare equipment, returns and cancellations are subject to strict quality control guidelines.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• Returns & Refunds: Refunds or replacements are only processed for items that are dead on arrival (DOA), damaged in transit, or structurally defective. You must notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., your Paytm wallet, bank account, or credit card) within 5-7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the Site.
