Job Description

Your primary role is to generate sales for your company by actively seeking out new clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and recommending solutions that best meet their needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating and closing deals, and providing post-sales support. Your commitment will ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Product Presentation and Demonstration: Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and conduct compelling product demonstrations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
  • After-Sales Support: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred. Good knowledge in critical care is highly preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop comprehensive sales plans, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities and competitive landscapes to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business objectives. Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Good knowledge in critical care is highly preferred. Certification in Sales or Management.
