At Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your critical medical equipment and healthcare devices safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders placed on our website.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable logistics and freight providers to ensure the safe transit of medical equipment across India.

• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery destination.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier-specific issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Inspection

Due to the sensitive nature of medical devices, we strongly advise you to follow these steps upon delivery:

• Inspect the exterior of the packaging for any visible signs of damage or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.
• If you notice any severe damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
• If the product is found to be damaged inside the box after opening, please record a video or take photos and reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Installation and Setup

For select advanced equipment (such as ICU Ventilators or Patient Monitors), delivery may be followed by a visit from our biomedical engineering team for installation and demonstration. This schedule will be coordinated separately with you once the equipment is successfully delivered to your premises.
